Cancellation Policy
Deposits and Cancellation Policy I agree that a non-refundable deposit has been charged to my card to secure my booking. This deposit will then be redeemed on the final total at the end of the event. If any cancellations occur within 7 days of the booking date the applicable amount of £20 per cancelled guest will be kept as a cancelletion fee from this deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours notice will incur the full cost of the menu to be charged to the card on file. (Full cancellation policy can be found on the website) Allergies/ Dietary Requirements I understand that for tasting menus, Boston house is unable to cater for Dairy-Free / Vegan diets. (Full details of allergy and dietary information can be found on the website.) Service Charge I agree that a discretionary 10% service charge will be added to my bill. Venue Closing Time I understand that Boston House will be closing at 11pm and any onward travel must be arranged in advance to ensure a smooth conclusion to the evening.
