What are your opening times?
Our Bar is open from Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday-Saturday 12pm-11pm, Sunday 12pm-3pm for drinks & snacks.
We serve lunch from Friday-Saturday 12pm-2:30pm, and serve Sunday Lunch on Sundays from 12pm-3pm.
We serve dinner from Thursday-Saturday 5:30pm-9pm
How should I book?
Bookings can be made on either our website, over the telephone or email.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your reservation with us, please notify us by emailing enquries@bostonhousenorwich.co.uk or calling us on 01603 551221, at your earliest convenience.
A cancellation fee of £10 per cancelled guest will apply for any cancellations or reduction in guest numbers which were not notified to us (by telephone or email) at least 48 hours in advance of the date and time of your scheduled reservation. For tables of 6 or more, minimum of 72 hours in advance of the date and time of your scheduled reservation.
All payment card details are held, and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed by Stripe Payments UK. For full details of Stripe's policy, please visit https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Boston House in terms of staffing, food preparation/waste and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposits will be required for tables of 8 and above. Please note deposits will be required for 5 or more in December.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater for dietary requirements with 48 hours notice.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, these can be purchased either at Boston House, on the telephone or via email.
Are children allowed in the Restaurant?
We do welcome children at Boston House; We can provide high chairs however don't have any baby-changing facilities for very small children. We do not have a specific children’s menu, but if you let us know in advance the chef will be able to prepare something appropriate.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, we have a ramp to allow wheelchair access into our bar where there is also a wheelchair accessible toilet. Due to the dining room being up some stairs, we can accommodate you in the Bar.
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately we do not have parking. The nearest car park is Castle Quarter, Norwich NR1 3DD.
Do you do corkage?
Yes we do corkage at £15 per bottle.
Can we bring a Birthday cake?
We do not allow you to bring your own cake, but if you are celebrating a special occasion we can have a written message on your dessert plate. Alternatively, we can make a birthday cake, prices starting at £25.
Are dogs allowed?
Unfortunately we don't allow dogs other than guide/assistance dogs.
